Laura Lee is a pretty holiday bungalow in an end position with the added advantage of a side garden area planted with a variety of shrubs and trees, which offers a degree of privacy that many people appreciate.
Laura Lee has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 (with a maximum 3 adults at any one time, the additional bed in the second bedroom is suitable for children up to approx. age 12 years).
Bed linen is included but please bring your own bath/beach towels.
The double bedroom has a 4’6″ bed, built in storage with shelves and hanging rail and a bedside shelf.
The single bedroom has a 3’0″ single bed with further pullout bed under (suitable for children up to 12years), a 3 drawer chest and an open hanging rail for clothes with shelf above.
Cream gloss fitted kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster & washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment.
Modern lounge/diner with faux leather sofa, 2 tub chairs, dining table, Wall mounted 32″ TV with freeview, electric heater and laminate flooring. Shower room.
Outside sunny south west facing front patio with table and chairs, and further garden space at the side, planted with a variety of shrubs. Lawns at the front are well stocked with mature shrubs and flowers.
