The lounge area is furnished with a reclining 2 seater sofa, further chair and footstool, dining table and 2 chairs, window seat, good sized 40″ TV on the wall and an electric stove fire. Electric wall mounted radiator. Laminate flooring.

The pretty cream kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with ice box and washer/dryer.

Large and airy bedroom (originally 2 bedrooms now knocked into 1) with a lovely 5’0″ (kings sized) metal framed bed. Lots of storage space in here and a second TV with DVD player. Radiator. Laminate flooring. Bed linen included.

Shower room is tiled with a corner shower unit with sliding doors, wc, sink and heated towel rail. One dog welcome free of charge (up to medium size). 

Outside patio with table and chairs offering views of the Dart and countryside.  The patio is enclosed with railings approx 75cm high.

Short breaks offered in low season or if late availability.
